NU Sentral Mall

There will be a new shopping mall in KL Sentral area, Kuala Lumpur called NU Sentral and the rumors say that it will be 3 times bigger than the well known Mid Valley Megamall by comparison.
NU Sentral Shopping Mall
The picture above shows the artists’ impression of NU Sentral (taken from NU Sentral website). This shopping mall is expected to be completed in 2012 thus improving the urban transportation of Kuala Lumpur.
NU Sentral shopping mall is still under construction and when completed, it has 7-story shopping mall as well as the office tower and hotel . The building is actually located beside the KL Sentral Station (also known as Stesen Sentral), the hub of train transportation in Kuala Lumpur.
In fact the mall will be linked to this station. We should be grateful enough as we have the experience, skill and money to build such a useful structure for our own people. Long Live Kuala Lumpur.

The rental is between RM17-30 depending on the locations…..competitive…
Just to corret the above mentioned statement, that this mall is not 3 times bigger than Mid Valey.
I’ve heard talk that the Monorail will be extended directly inside the mall. Is this true or will they leave it just where it is and make people cross the busy street? I sure hope they extend it inside the mall.
the rapidKL bus route no U82 only stops at One Utama which is their final destination. the final stop is at Dataran Bandar Utama which is next to One Utama itself.

KL Sentral has been divided into 14 land parcels, each representing a different function.
Need to explore electronics market to buy some cheap electronic goods like mp3 player, video player etc.
I wonder how many short cuts were made for corruption for the recent floor collapse on the 3rd floor. 7 storey Shopping centre with 28 office lots above? Good luck.
