Vincci -Mid valley KL – Running business NOT Flexible at ALL !!!!!!!!!

6/1/2012 (Friday)I bought a pair of 50% discount shoes (RM85) at Vincci mid valley today around 5pm ,

After paying and walking out the shop , I found the size 7 shoes is mistaken. I wear size 6 ..

Within 5min I went back and ask to change the size ( there were still plenty of them laying on the tray) .,,,

The cashier ( she said she is supervisor there) refused to change for the smaller size ..

Ya!!! I was negligent to take the wrong size !!!

But
Vincci Mid Valley appears to me to be COMPLETELY inflexible in their business style …I feel is TOO MUCH !!!!!

Ever visit K.L only for buying Vincci by yearly basis.

Why not Vincci Branch in SG ??????
