After long waiting, the Sri Rampai LRT Station is now officially open to public since December 29 2010. With the opening of this LRT station, the people especially around the nearby Wangsa Maju area get the access to use the PUTRA LRT train service.

A bit of disappointment could be the station is a bit remote even from the nearby Wangsa Walk Mall and Carrefour Wangsa Maju if you plan to go there just by walking.
As you can see from the picture above, it is the entrance that leads you to the ticketing counters while the waiting platform is below the ground level.

If you use the public transports like bus or LRT train regularly you may have spent certain amount of money on it depending how far your destination.
In the Kuala Lumpur city, RapidKl provides bus and LRT train transportation for the KLites.
Actually you can save your money on the fare up to 50 % if you use the RapidKL pass which you just need to buy the new one each and every month.
