Today is the celebration of Malaysia Independence and it has been 52 years since this country achieved independence from British back in the year 1957. The independence was achieved through the discussions and talks and Tunku Abdul Rahman had to go to London for it.
The late Tunku was very fluent in British English and I’m amazed with the way he spoke that language as I see in the videos about him.

Sultan Abdul Samad building is one of the oldest buildings in Kuala Lumpur. The architecture of this building is so amazing and based on the Moorish architecture. The building is now more than 100 years old.
The buiding was built in the year around 1894 till 1897 and located near the confluence of Klang and Gombak Rivers which is located at the back of this building. In the previous post, I wrote that this confluence is the place where Kuala Lumpur got its name now.
