P1 Wimax HQ or Headquarter

If you are not happy with your P1 Wimax internet access and still in the cooling off period, perhaps you want to know where exactly to return your P1 Wimax modem.
One of the choices is to return the modem to the P1 Wimax HQ itself.
In the previous post, I made the review about P1 Wimax broadband internet. Because the coverage in my area is disappointing, I called the P1 customer service to ask where I can return the modem.
The gave the address at Jalan Genting Klang, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur and I found that place but upset to learn that the shop was closed ( I’m not sure whether they are still in business or not as they didn’t answer the call).
So, I decided to go farther to P1 Wimax Hq in Petaling Jaya, Selangor located at Jalan Templer.
Using the Putra LRT, I stopped at Taman Jaya LRT Station. Caught a taxi and paid RM7 fare, I arrived at the P1 Wimax HQ.

You can notice the giant banner ‘Sudah Potong?’ (meaning Cut already?) on the building if you pass by this Jalan Templer and the building is called Packet Hub where the P1 Wimax Hq is located (at the ground floor).
If you want to return the modem, make sure you bring along the complete of the modem including the adaptor etc and simply fill in the simple form.
The staff there told me that I’ll get the RM100 cheque (refund) sent to my address. I need to wait for 45 days for this and let’s see whether they keep their promise.

before i register,the p1 staff told me if i return it to the P1
Headquarter,they will give me the rm100 on the spot..

i am really dissapointed with P1 Wiggy. i was told by the provider that the service is excelleny in damansara damai,hence i was tempted and bought it. unfortunately i was not informed that the wiggy is non functional once you are at home or in closed quaters. i was not well informed. i tried to retutrn back and they asked me to go back to the HQ. i felt betrayed, i tried to terminate through customer service careline. till now i still received the bills when i never ever been online except twice. ( that is because it was trying to determine whether it was my laptop or the device was malfunctioned).
P1 wimax are cruel.
yesterday sy sign up 4g pro yg baru tu. sblom tu sy mmg da check tmpt sy mmg xde coverage tapi reseller tu kate ade2. balik pasang lps sjam skg da msuk 3 hari ape tenet pon xley connect. da berkali check kat web dea mmg xde coverage. so esok sy nak p return balik n refund balik my money. moralnye di cni kalo sblom sign up check dl coverage btol2. n jgn trpedaya ngn reseller kata ade2 coverage. tgok2 mmg xde coverage lgsung. watpe nk byr kalo coverage pon xde?
P1 Customer Services are just too bad. You tried t call their hotline and you may take an hour to get them. Worst still, their Careline Services Support was very rude. Maybe they need a proper training. The first question they will ask you right away: Have you paid your bill? Huh! Why are they not checking it online? Annoyed customers will simply terminate their services and rightfully follow their tag “Sudah Potong”.

I also want to complain P1, the service was very very poor. I registered it at Year 2009 but the service can not use at all. When i called to the center, they keep going said is station problem and ask me to wait 2 more week, they will settle ASAP. They 2 more week until now already 1.1/2 years, the problem still not solve yet. When promotion time, the promoter said they service is the best. But when u call to center complaint them they will said that is promoter’s false they are not responsible to what they said. Then i am very angry said that they are lier. I was not well informed that they service can not functional once you are at home or in closed area. I tried to terminate through customer service careline. till now i still received the bills that i am owing them arond RM2k.when i never ever been online except twice.

I heard many promotion for the P1 wimax..waaoo..sound interesting.But, When I rade the comment from the user, I change my mood to apply the P1…Is it true P1 is BAD..???What a pity for U…So, now I used my Streamyx..Until now, still ok n good.Hope so..!!!So, for P1, try to upgrade your quality.If not, just close…huhu..!
I also feel like being fooled by P1′s services. The speed is so damn bad. The reseller told lies that i can send back the modem just at any p1′s sign, but in the end, i have to go to the HQ. Luckily i live near the place, but now it’s too late for me to send it back. I have to pay like a huge amount of money for a damn stupid internet connection. Even my next door’s wifi faster than yours. I am not going to recommend this thing to anyone. I will say the truth so that other people won’t be cheated. Poor service, just the big lie promotion. I hate P1 till death

it is freaking slow here in ampang indah,better return the package before it is too late..
P1 services are damn poor! i call the p1 center asking for the nearest service center near taman OUG,the operator told me that i have to go Klang to settle my problem which there is the nearest services center i could find near KL.OMG…pls give the operator training before they start work…I have been to the klang services center at bukit tinggi 2…thier sign board is damn big until i need to find it 2 days 2 night! None of my friend know that where the the small p1 center located at Bukit tinggi. After i reach there,the person could not help me,he ask me go back to the Hq to settle my problem.If the services of P1 is so poor pls close all the p1 center and remain the Hq is more than enough because all the problem have to be settle at the HQ.The other branch could not take any action to settle customers need!
Just for other people’s benefit. I have been using P1 for over a year now. So far I use the home modem at home and its ok. When I first got it the service wasn’t all that good but tolerable. But recently it has gotten loads better. Getting speeds of around 1.4Mbps. Not bad I can say. Their quota is also reasonable and based on what my friend said about their CS doesn’t seem so bad too. I guess it depends on everyone’s own experiences.

aku dah langgan p1 ni 1 tahun 1 bulan,sekarang ni line hijau,makna nye ok la tu kan..? tapi bila aku wat speedtest…result dia camni 0.158kbps. paling tinggi pun penah dpt dlm 0.3++ kbps je. janji dlm kontrak aku konon nye 1.2mbps..taik la p1 ni.
rasa2 kalau aku nak terminate line ni kena ada pape bayaran ker?
aku nyer kontrak 2thn -blnx2 rm100…

Hmm ya i think it depends too. I’m a P1 user and i was disappointed of P1 services actually before because of slower speed than others. After that guess what, is me accidentally placed my modem at a crowded messy area that makes it can’t work efficiently. Called up to the customer services and they teaches me how to set up the modem right. Just reminder, put the modem in right place and avoid some metal objects that might affect the signal. I’m sure that signal quite good if we place it at a wider and right area. I’m still using it now and it doing quite good so far.

saya tengah testing P1 nieh,,,memang ada problem,..lembap..waktu malam..aduyai…dah puas dah ikowt kompas dier..samer jerk..please bertanggungjawab untuk setiap pelanggan anda…means off 5mps…five mega per second, kalau area tuh speed die 3ookb per second pown sama jerk..x nek pown ker 5mbps…tue had terlaju yg bleh dicapai kat tempat2 yg ada network laju,..bukan network penuh,,mcm kt lambang tuh,,tapi aper xder..
how to stop P1 casual W1GGY.? I have been using P1 for quite a while… it is just an ok service…. but its don’t have a coverage at east Malaysia…. so.. I want to stop the service… it is true that I have to pay RM 300 if I want to stop the service? even though its don’t have contract?? please answer my questions….
P1w1Max.. Penipu.. aku atau i mahupun saya.. kena Tipu. i dont know why i buy p1w1Max.. i.. aku ataupun saya sentiasa ditipu,sekali lagi i..aku ataupun saya nak terminate p1w1Max. From Me advice are Dont use p1w1Max.
i am using p1 for almost for months. On the first month i use it really sucks after i use all my quota, but on the 2nd month and so on the connection is good and stable. Until now im still using the service and i suggest this if you are on doubt if you use p1.
