There are a lot of Mydin Supermarkets that you can find in Kuala Lumpur city.
If you never heard about Mydin (because maybe you’re non-Malaysian), Mydin boasts to offer the products at wholesale prices as you can see from their tagline ‘Why Pay More? Buy at Wholesale prices’ if you happen to visit their supermarket or hypermarket.

From my experience, it is true but you need to buy in ‘bulk’ (but not everything).
Let’s say you want to buy the lighter (just for example), I bet you won’t get it or you’ll end up buying a dozen of lighter with really cheap price. Please correct me if I was wrong.
One of the Mydin supermarkets in Kuala Lumpur is located near Maybank Tower or Puduraya bus terminal. The nearest LRT train station is Masjid Jamek Station.
The building (Sinar Kota) was once occupied by Metrojaya store and the address is;
Mydin,Bangunan Sinar Kota Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Tel No: 03-2072-7378
Sometime, why not go there?

It a must place to visit everytime when i visit kuala lumpur. It convenience n the mall is much much bigger then the one in Masjid India. Just a walking distance fr Puduraya and Chinatown. Only the disadvantage is…the store open at abt 11am and close at 7pm (correct me if i’m wrong)
