KLIA Express Train from KLIA to KL Sentral Station

Upon arrival at KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) in Sepang, Selangor; the traveler who plan to go to KL Sentral may use the fastest means of transportation called KLIA Express (non-stop train service from KLIA to KL Sentral and vice versa) which takes roughly half hour to reach KL Sentral Station ( or Stesen Sentral).
The short video clip from Youtube above shows how it will look like when you use this KLIA Express train from KLIA to KL Sentral.
What about the fare? The fare is currently priced at RM35 for one-way ticket and RM70 for return ticket (exactly the same price but saves your time buying the ticket for the second time).
If you reach the KLIA for the first time (in case you’re non-Malaysian), the KLIA is the just the gateway to Kuala Lumpur though you can see the airport’s name has the words Kuala Lumpur on it.
This Kuala Lumpur International Airport is actually located outside Kuala Lumpur and the distance to KL Sentral is some 70 KM away or less.
This train uses the track called ERL (Express Rail Link) and this is also the name of the company who runs this train service.
Meanwhile if you use the taxi or limo to KL Sentral this would take around 1 hour journey to reach the destination.
KLIA Express should not to be confused with KLIA Transit that shares the same ERL track with KLIA Express.
The difference ; KLIA Express travels non-stop and direct from KLIA to KL Sentral and vice-versa while KLIA Transit can be used to reach LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal which is famous among AirAsia passengers) located not far from KLIA.
