Jusco Wangsa Maju

Filed under Shopping by on . Comment#

You might have known about JUSCO and you may say that JUSCO has something to do with Japan. What does this name stand for? or the acronyms for it? Actually the word JUSCO stands for Japan’s United Stores Company and is famous name along with Carrefour, Tesco and Giant Hypermarket.

Jusco Wangsa Maju is located not far from Wangsa Maju LRT Station, Kuala Lumpur. Due to its connection with Japanese, you can see each and every Jusco store in Malaysia practices strict rules and regulations (to be obeyed by Jusco staff or workers) to make sure they provide just the best services to the customers.

I don’t know about you, if you have encountered the difficulties or problems while you are shopping there, perhaps you can share you experience by commenting here.

At Jusco Wangsa Maju, you can see how different it is with any new supermarkets today. Most today’s supermarkets (if not all) are designed to put everything in one floor without separating the sections or divisions by physical boundaries. If you go to these new places you will notice what I said.

Why? Because the customers will buy more when you put the whole products on one floor like that. But Jusco Wangsa Maju reminds you to that old sales floor design or plan.

What you can do here? If you have laptop, you can surf the internet at the Starbucks there. Apart from that just like usual you can buy your kitchen stuffs.

Another brand for JUSCO is ARENA Food Court which you can bring your family along and have the fun meal time with family members. To get the loyal customers, JUSCO wisely use the JCard membership and will invite the JCard members by ‘personal’ mail on some occasions where they can go to certain Jusco stores and shop there at darn cheap prices.

Jusco will continue to survive in the fierce retailing market war and provides Malaysians jobs and Japanese code of working.

BACK in the early days, Wangsa Maju was part of the Setapak rubber estates, north of Kuala Lumpur. It was considered too far out in the boondocks and thus, the developer probably did not target the high-end market.
