my name is syed, i use honda civic 99 model, my car had accident and i send my car to Sri Utama Auto Sdn Bhd for repair and insurans claim. After 2 weeks when i came to collect my car my car alarm is not work. But when i give the car its work propely.I check my alarm system at one of the nearby car accessory, their said my alarm is ok but my remote is spoilt by water. this is the your staff`s mistake. I hope the person in charge will take action and solve this problem.
How long will i get my honda city SE / full spec if i book + downpayment + loan approval + registration by 20th Dec. color Polished Metal metallic / Lapis blue.
May i known the charges of install back the bumper which hv clearly big gap. This gap is coz of accident happen. I already claimed my own insurance to repair it at Honda Dealer Perak ( Tian Siang Auto Care Sdn Bhd ). Until today, Tian Siang still can fix back the bumper for me. The Claim Advisor reason cant fix back is bumper mould problem. So, now I want transfer to other workshop to fix it.
Besides tat, how much the charges to repair the steering. The problem of my steering is when I drive my car a while, the steering will stuck. Tian Siang Claim Advisor said tat this version hv like tat problem cant be repaired. When i called to Honda customer service also said so to me. May i known this problem can be repaired or not. Kindly quote the best price to me.
