In this post, I just want to share with you my personal review using the mobile broadband internet from Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd or simply Digi.
Hope this review will help you to make the decision whether to use this kind of internet connection or not for your laptop, netbook or even the mobile phone.
Probably you’re already have your own fixed line internet from connection at home but you still need the mobile broadband internet because you’re kind of active and busy during the day and away from home.
You can choose one of these broadband packages from Digi
Recently (June 7th 2011) I just subscribed to the Digi Discover Plan that gives the download quota or limit up to 3GB at the average speed of 700 Kbps.
Before getting the USB stick modem (Huawei brand), the guy at the shop did the registration process for me and he said that I could surf the internet within 1 hour from the registration time.
You need to pay RM130 for this purpose i.e RM100 for registration fee with modem as well as RM30 advanced payment which will be appear in the first bill they send to you.
